Rose Vintage & Retro hosts a vintage workshop for beginners


A VINTAGE clothing business owner runs her own workshop to teach people how to style vintage clothing.

Becki Fishwick, owner of Rose Vintage & Retro located on Dalton Road, Barrow runs two workshops where attendees will have the chance to learn the basics of vintage styling, clothing, makeup and hair.

The workshops will take place on Sunday January 9 and Sunday January 23.

The day includes: a hair scarf tutorial with a vintage scarf that participants can also keep, a vintage makeup tutorial – teach you eye tricks and lipstick with a gift bag containing products that we are using for you to keep, a £ 5 voucher to be used in the day shop and Becki, who will be on hand to give you a VIP shopping experience as well as a vintage afternoon tea with cakes and music for enjoy everything of yesteryear

Owner Becki said: “Come alone or bring a friend, either way it will be a welcoming and safe environment for vintage enthusiasts!

“I can’t wait to host the first of many vintage styling workshops. I took two dates for this one and you can book now.
